Professional client-based experience:
Ballet Wichita: I worked with students and other faculty to produce a virtual background, including effects, for a contemporary live dance performance. This included the use of LED backscreens and Unreal Engine to create the experience.

Ulrich Museum of Art: Project Lead for AR and VR development
Lead a team of 8 students in conjunction with the Ulrich Museum of Art to display their outdoor statue collection in mobile AR. Also developed a Virtual Reality Experience using the Meta Quest 2 to display mural art throughout the entirety of Wichita, Kansas in a Virtual setting.

Five years experience evaluating student work effectively both orally and in writing: I make a concerted effort to evaluate student work with care and to create formative exercises for students when possible. I offer my students direct feedback on their assignments on Blackboard, I hold daily office hours for in-person meetings and I meet with students on-line when students cannot come to my office.
Ability to teach, mentor, and motivate students in inclusive and engaging ways: Promoting Game Design to motivate students - I take our students to the yearly Game Design Conference in San Francisco to help them network with industry professionals, study/learn new processes and techniques, and to attend conference programs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are required: I have been asked to serve on five standing committees at WSU in part for my excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
